| Description | This book summarizes the results of a long-term international project, aimed to anthropological description of the anatomically modern human popuplation of Dolní Věstonice and Pavlov (dated between 25-30 ky BP). The individual chapters deal with the archaeological framework and context of the discoveries, summary inventory of the fossils, assessment of age and sex, description of the individual parts of the skeletons, paleopathology, and the final paleobiological interpretation. |
