• Description: The influence of methanandamide, an synthetic cannabinoid ligand of CB1 receptors, on the metabolic activity of cytochrome P450 2D2 isoenzyme in rat was tested. Our results suggest, that methanandamide is an inhibitor of this particular isoenzyme in male and female rats.
