| Description | We present 3 case reports illustrating the specific features of syphilis in "men having sex with men" (MSM). Using molecular mapping it was confirmed that the identical T.pallidum strain was detected in all three patients. Moreover, it was assessed by 23S rRNA analysis that the strain was sensitive to macrolides. |
