| Description | The project of Central European Coal and Steel Community were prepared in 1952-1953 by a group of Central European exilés, under the supervision of Polish economic specialist Jan Wszelaki. Under a general inspiration by Schuman Plan, the project gives a new original structure of integrated community for the specific conditions in Central Europe after the expected liberation from a Soviet yoke and falling communism. |
