| Description | Václav Chytil and Vladimír Vybral represented the second generation of the Brno normative legal school, despite it they contributed significantly to the rapid development of this school. Chytil belonged to the greatest and the most procreative lawyers and economists of his generation and his theoretical reasoning was oriented to the general noetic, conceptual and as well teleological issues. Vybral was an outstanding representative of financial law. |
