| Description | The contribution aims at the analysis of statistical data. The distribution of response variable is negative binomial and the parameters of the distribution depend on one covariate. Likelihood ratio, score and Wald statistics are used for comparison of the parameters. Then the power of the used statistical tests is calculated either by simulation or by asymptotic approximation. In addition an example of an application of obtained results in biological data is included. Used algorithms were implemented in Matlab. |
