| Description | Photometry is one of the most important methods to investigate variable stars. The usage of CCD is increasing since the 90ties. Like other methods or detectors, if you want to achieve high precision of observation data and correctly interpret the obtained data, you must understand the CCD photometry very well. This paper points out some chosen characteristics and not very commonly known problems attached to them. |
