| Description | Administrative and court sentencing plays primarily the preventive and repressive function. In the sector of environmental protection the imposed punishing sanction has to be accompanied by another sanction which would push the liable entity to correct unfavourable consequences of the unlawful conduct on the environment. These functions are fulfilled by sanctions following from the property liability and/or from liability for environmental harm. |
