Description | During 14 years colorectal cancers in the productive age of 35-64 years increased by 6.2% in mortality, by 44.7% in incidence and by 100,8% in prevalence. In prediction is estimated about 5.500 surviving cancers of stomach, 32,000 of colon, 24,000 of rectum, 1700 of gallbladder and 1400 of pankreas. The new diagnosed gastrointestinal cancers were characterised by very unfavourable relations of early and advantage stages. The higher mortality of advantage and uncertain stages rises the numbers of early stages in prevalence and also the expenditure of health insurance system in oncology. |
