| Description | The paper focuses on legal sociology of Vladimir Kubes, who sees sociology of law as an application of sociological methods on law. For Kubes legal sociology is an independent scientific discipline on its own and belongs to legal sciences. Special attention will be given to his extensive definition of legal sociology, which proves his complex, systemic, systematic, theoretical and empirical approach, which is typical for classical sociology, and its possibilities for use in the sociology of law of the 21st century. |
