| Description | Author discusses the issue of the judicial review on decisions issued by the Industrial Property Office. In respect of current decisions of the ECHR in case Anheuser-Busch v. Portugal and Balan v. Moldova intellectual property (including applications for registration) should be protected in the same way as tangible assets. As a consequence decisions of the Industrial Property Office are to be considered as an issue arising under private law and relevant cases should be reviewed in accordance with the Code of Civil Justice (§ 244 and f.) |
