| Description | Using P19 embryonal carcinoma cells, which we induces to differentiate either to neural or endodermal lineage, we demonstrate that composition of crucial G1/S transition regulating complexes does not reflect only proliferation parameters. Cyclin D-Cdk4/Cdk6-p27 complexes dramatically change depending on the differentiation pathways, which suggests the these complexes also regulate differentiation. |
