| Description | It is confi rmed that angiogenesis is increased not only in solid tumor but in hemtological malignancies too. Angiogenesis is complicated procedure, where lot of factor s are infl uenced. Probably, angiogenesis plays two roles in myeloma developement new born vessels 1st. provide adequate nutrition of tumor cells, 2nd. Angiogenic cytokines stimulace migration and growth of myeloma cells. Measurement of angiogenesis degree is possible according to MVD and by measurement of cytokine levels developed in angiogenesis. |
