| Description | Summary Chromosomal rearrangements can be frequently observed in tumor cells and multiple myeloma is not an exception. Karyotypic abnormalities of MM are accompanied by changes in the epigenome, including aberrant DNA/histone methylation and histone acetylation. Changes in DNA and/or histone methylation and histone acetylation were described for genes responsible for tumor cell transformation. Here we present methods used to study multiple myeloma epigenetics. |
