• Description: Teh aim of this work is to evaulate two methods used for analysis of effective connectivity in fMRI - dynamical causal modeling (DCM) and structural equation modeling (SEM). We found both methods provide similar results, however DCM has greater abilities in model definition and connection estimastion.
