Description | The aim of this work is to find how much the fMRI results depend on inaccuracy in subject's behavioral response. We found covariance between specific columns of design and differential (inaccuracy) matrix is a good measure of inaccuracy. Estimated effect size as well as t-statistics for higher level of noise depend linearly on this covariance. The results from theoretical relationships and simulations with synthetic data were verified with real data. Our findings contribute to better understanding of problem of inaccuracy in subject's behavioural response. |
