| Description | Authors present a case of a 33 years old man with history of headache and vomiting. CT and MR exams showed a lesion in the right cerebellar hemisphere with mass effect. Pacient underwent total resection of the tumor. Histologic exam revealed dysplastic gangliocytoma of the cerebellum - morbus Lhermitte- Duclos. |
