| Description | Teaching and learning of foreign languages are a completely different sight than some years ago. New challenges for FLT involve the political and social changes in Europe as well as the increasingly tight network of economy, culture and living. They are also closely connected with the latest knowledge of disciplines related to the FLT methodology. The paper discusses the principles, methods and tendencies which mirror the latest developments in FL teaching and learning. The paper relates to practical experience by giving an outline of topical and indispensable areas of the FLT-methodology curriculum in the university training of FL teachers. |
