Description It is neither in the interest of the competitor nor the consumer that the market foirces of free competition are restricted beyond the degree. It is in the general interest that the willingness to invest must be maintained. The measures of restrictions of competition behavior must be guided by the idea "in dubio pro libertate" (see the sec 41 of the Commercial Code of the Czech Republic).
