| Description | Neruoblastoma is the most common extracranial solid tumor of a childhood. Neuroblastoma is well known for ist variability in clinical behavioral and distinct biological features. In a history of pediatric oncology it is a first disease, where the biological marker ( NMYC amplification) was used for a prospective therapeutical randomisation. Current research is focused on detection of a new biological prognostic markers in neuroblstoma and implementation af a new therapeutical apporoaches into a clinical practise ( eg. antiangiogenic therapies, metronomic chemotherapy, biotherapy, immunotherapy.) |
