| Description | The contribution deals with contract for work done according to Commercial Code. Follows questions of limitation of the remedy and argue for the limitation. Also describes quality conditions including technical standard problems. The attention is also paid to object intended for completion of the work and solution of the ownership to the work. In practice we can see during dealing of ownership relations questions that for relations between the client ordering a work and producer of a work on the one hand and relation between producer of a work and his subcontractor on the other hand are not selected compatible solution. In one contract for the same object of performance is negotiated (eventual results from the statute) the possessory title of the client ordering a work and in subcontractor contract possessory title of subcontractor. It is necessary to avoid this solution and it is necessary to negotiate consenting possessive regime. |
