| Description | This paper deals with groups of companies based on factual dominance and the obligation of statutory body of the controlled company to produce a report on dominant influence relations. It covers especially two questions: if this obligation in general is in compliance with public interest and if the actual Czech regulation of this obligation is justifiable and in compliance with public interest. |
