| Description | The Slovak or Hungarian Criminal codes beside crimes connected with pornography define for their purposes terms, but the Czech proposal of a complete new Criminal code does not concern explanations of terms in the area of pornography. The gap which is now between illegal behaviour and effective legal regulation should be wiped off with definition of new facts of case. On the other hand not only legislative works but also other activities help with combat on child pornography. |
