| Description | The aim of this contribution is to investigate the Czech legal regulation in the field of mining activities and to determine provisions applicable to environmental contamination clean-up procedure. The attention is given to the legal regulation of old mines, mines in operation, non-operating mines and to the legal regulation of waste disposal. |
