Description The school climate noticeably influence the participants and creators of this process. It is true especially in case when the participants are talented and extra talented pupils. These pupils often differ from their classmates and have their specific educational needs that should be responded especially by the pedagogues. This group of pupils of course lands itself in vulnerable position in the interaction and communication with people around them. As a consequence, it could lead to pupils' psychosocial problems. In the last year, a research was carried out in the Faculty of Education at Masaryk University. It analysed the lifestyle of talented and extra talented primary school pupils. The results of the research show the differencies in after-school activities in comparison with other students. These findings should be suitably applied in forming of after-school activities and it could become the mean for today's school climate improvement.
