| Description | This paper describes the procedure and conditions of the entry in the first volume of the Registry of expert institutions. Scientific literature has not dealt with this problem. The Czech legal regulation does not specify the conditions, so it is necessary to closely analyze the requirements set by the Ministry of Justice who administrates the Registry. These requirements are also compared with requirements which were involved in bills of Expert act. The Slovakian legal regulation is compared too, because a lot of provisions are similar. The last part describes the procedure of the entry and evaluates recent legal regulation. |
