| Description | The text analysis the criminal aspects of the Bill of basic Rights of the EU - 2007. It does comparison of this state with national penal legislation and theory in the CR. Conclusion: standard of the european law incorporated in the Bill of basic Rights of the EU - 2007 does not go over the standard of the national substantive and process criminal and constitutional law of the CR. On the contrary, this national standard is in the some directions higher; f. e. the basic and reach of the principle ne bis in idem. |
