Description | Biosensors with surface plasmon resonance detection (SPR) are powerfull tools for characterization of biomolecular interaction in general. The greatest advantages are real time monitoring (compared for example to enzyme linked lectin assay), low working concentrations of proteins and small sample volume required for experiment (microliters). |
