Description | In the past there were developed many models for evaluation of programs for education and development. These models can help us to see different aspects and areas of possible impacts of education and development realized in the organization. In czech professional books is most favorable four levels model by D. L. Kirkpatrick; however there are many different more favorable and used in other countries. This paper points out some "narrow places" of this model of four levels: wrong labeling it as model, oversimplifying, emphasis on hierarchy, wrong causal relationships, unsubstantiated correlations between levels and possible ethic implications of these problems. |
