| Description | The author deals with the common character of the Administrative Law and the Environmental Law. Mentioned is the fact that both methods and legal forms of realization of the Administrative Law and public administration cad be used also for the area of the social ties in the branch of the Environmental Law. This entry points the cohesion of methods and legal forms whereas on the practical examples of the branch of the Environmental Law are shown particular kinds. The author focuses on the issue of public contracts, individual administrative acts, general acts and finally mixed administrative acts. The conclusion of this entry deals with the different types of procedural instruments that can be used by aggrieved persons. |
