| Description | Title compds. [I; A = (substituted) alkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl; M, Z = H, (substituted) alkyl, aralkyl, cycloalkyl, heterocyclyl, aryl, heteroaryl], were prepd. via conversion of AH (A as above) to ACHO followed by reaction with tosylmethyl isocyanide anion to give ACH2CN or redn. to give ACH2OH and conversion of this to ACH2CN followed by acylation to give ACH(COM)CN (M as above) followed by cyclocondensation with ZNHNH2 (Z as above). Thus, 1'-methyl-[4,4'-bi-1H-pyrazol]-3-amine was prepd. by the claimed method starting from 1-methylpyrazole. |
