| Description | The study submitted continues on the work on millstones from Stare Hradisko oppidium (Čižmář, Leichmann 2002) and gives a brief list of all available finds from other Moravian Latene sites. Rotation mills mostly came from lowlands settlements, although finds from several highlands settlements are represented, from both Celtic and Púchov Culture. The modest collection of 43 examples from 27 locations significantly adds to knowledge about the distribution of millstones produced from various raw materials, and about long-distance commercial contacts between Moravian Celts and neighbouring areas that was obtained based on finds from Staré Hradisko.
