| Description | The contribution deals with constitutionally guaranteed right to information. It focuses on the procedural aspects of information providing process. It looks at the issue of mandatory bodies who have an obligation to provide the requested information, unless the terms of the exemption provided. In the absence of information would fall under the institutes of fiction negative decision, or the complaint.
