Description | With the aid of in vivo whole-body counting by high-resolution gamma-ray spectrometry of the rats administered simultaneously with 24Na-sodium chloride and potassium 82Br-bromide, we demonstrated significant fluctuations of the values of biological half-lives of bromide and sodium, in dependence on the physiological state of the animals and on their metabolic activity. |
