| Description | The aim of the present study was to follow the development of dietary obesity in male C57BL/6J mice fed a high-fat diet, compared to standard low-fat diet. In parallel to several morphological parameters, we measured the activity of the type 3 iodothyronine deiodinase in several depots of murine white adipose tissue with the aid of our newly developed radiometric enzyme assay. |
