| Description | The present contribution is devoted to problems relating to the tax administration, which seem to be common and inspirative for Central and Eastern European countries that have decided during the nineties of the last century to introduce political and economic changes of their society and economy. Another turning point was accession of those countries to the EU, requiring additional important changes. The text of the contribution is constituted by seven parts elaborated by different teachers and doctoral students of the Masaryk University Faculty of Law. |
