The article deals with development in Family law in the countries of the former Soviet Union. It is well known, that the national laws were influenced by the Russian model of Family Law. After introduction, the author deals with new institutions of Family laws in many post - soviet countries connected with marriage (common property and dwelling, maintenance, divorce). |
