| Description | The aim of this paper is to introduce the reasoning of doctrine of the international private law on the transmission and remission. The main reason for their introduction was to achieve uniformity of court decisions, simplification of recognition and enforcement of judgments in cases with international element. In this paper their theoretical backgrounds and reasons for their adoption and rejection are presented. |
