| Description | Presentation is focused on beginning teachers training and support (both beginning faculty members and students) from their view as well as from the view of departmental heads. Results show that it is still very common that beginning teachers start to teach without any training and support. Research was made by the author with the help of EUROPLAT (European Network for Psychology Learning & Teaching). |
