Description | The contribution analyses fixed-term employment relationship which is considered as one of atypical forms of work. It is divided into four chapters. The first one defines a fixed term relationship and its characteristic features. The second chapter deals with the regulation of a fixed-term employment relationship in the EC directives including interpretation of certain provisions in the case-law of the European Court of Justice. The third chapter is dedicated to implementation of the EC regulation into the legal order of the Czech Republic. The Last chapter introduces amendments of the Czech Labour Code concerning fixed-term employment relationship prepared by a group of experts at the time of elaboration of this contribution. |
