Description | Contribution tries to show some aspects of interaction between two levels of private international law, procedural and conflict of rules level. Both of them are subjected to unification under the EU law. Even though these levels are independent on each other they use the same or similar terms in many cases. When applying these rules interpretative inconveniences appear which are solved more or less successfully by the European Court of Justice. As it comes out clarification could be also made by the other level of regulation. |
