| Description | Social reintegration of imprisoned persons, or persons sentenced to confinement, is the primary solution for them to lead a decent life after the discharge and it is also a prevention of criminal recidivism. The current legislation and practice in the Czech Republic offer a wide range of instruments, which prepare the condemned for leaving the prison, with the view of their integration into society, and which eventually help the condemned after the discharge. The article is a partial outcome of the author's research conducted in the frame of his dissertation thesis. |
