| Description | We are quite sure of Bohuslav Martinů's influence upon Jan Novák's production. What we are not so sure of is Novák's national identity as a composer. Was he a Moravian, Czech, European or even cosmpolitan artist? We shall try to explain his attitudes to the Moravian folklore in a context of his global thinking. |
