| Description | The article describe the origin of aerobic aktivity, its physical rules which influence exercisers locomotion in the water and its effects on human body. The next feature are combat activities from which aqua combat has acquired some elements and adjusted them as needed to be possible to use them in water. We are defining the term aqua combat and we are giving a detailed description of how the basic elements are performed and we compare them with combat elements from different branches of combat activities, such as strikes and kicks. |
