| Description | There are two main topics of this paper. The first one is autonomy of a person and freedom of his/her will, second is consent with medical care. Paper deals with an area in which these two items meet. Selected specifics of an autonomous will of "parties" related to particular case of European Court of Human Rights, which is Evans v. UK, are discussed. It is especially right to private life according to the Convention for Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. |
