Description Underwater plasma discharge is used for surface activation of polypropylene fabrics with subsequent immobilisation of silver. The plasma generated at atmospheric pressure represents low cost as well as enviromental considerate technique in comparison with other techniques. Silver was used for its antibacterial properties.
