| Description | The lecture dealt with the challenges the ECtHR is facing in the sphere of assessing the military conflicts. There are 2 types od challenges: the quantitative and qualitative ones. The first deal with the question of overall stability of the court, the latter with the attitudes of the court towards the questions concenrning the relation between HRL and IHL and extraterritorial application of the ECHR. |
