Description | The paper deals with some new model based approaches to assess level of interaction of the cardiovascular system with autonomous neural system (ANS). The described models respect different experimental conditions and ways of the ANS stimulation. The open loop model used for electrical stimulation is introduced as an example of model for stimulation of sympathetic branch of the ANS and further models with feed-back structure are described as tools for assessing ANS tone levels when the examined subject are stimulated by cold stimulus or by Valsalva manoeuvre. |
