| Description | This contribution analysis and makes a comparison of the catalogue of basic principles and its role first of all in the connection with interpretation and aplication of Criminal Procedure Act and of the european criminal law. It follows key-question: the way of its expression or nonexpression in the Criminal Procedure Act and makes a short comparison with approach in the Czech Republic, Slowak and in the european criminal law. It contents some recomendations to the solution of this problems. |
