Description Pupils at secondary school are from the perspective of the natural epidemiology of drug-risk behavior groups at risk of dependency. Low levels of life experiences, curiosity, desire for adventure, finding strengths and experiences need to contribute to the exhibition series of test substances and activities that can result in repeated application of habit. Therefore, several years ago established preventive project and realized three-year cohort study of the inquiry. It has been suggested 20 methodological sheets for tutors and working materials for pupils, which are now freely available on the public site of the Department of Special Education Faculty of Education, Masaryk University Brno. Were addressed more than 300 pupils from 10 elementary schools (Brno, Blansko, Boskovice) and the sample was divided into intervened and the control group. Knowledge and attitudes of pupils after every stage of the project verified anonymous questionnaires. A statistical evaluation of collected data showed that the project could delay the onset of risk behavior of school children of 1-2 years, which gives a chance to intense preventive action. But it is now necessary use of different preventive tools and strategies in the community prevention.
